Designer / Project Manager Warehouse of Fixtures – St Louis MO Job Description: Designer / Project Manager will manage the day to day production of several projects simultaneously and ensure project deadlines are met accurately with the client’s requirements and design intent in mind. Responsibilities: - Draw, space plan, render, and present projects of various sizes - Specifying appropriate product to meet client needs and budgets - Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure projects progress through the process smoothly (including installation) - Build and maintain relationships with internal staff, vendors, and clients - Be knowledgeable and continue education in product knowledge and technical skills - Troubleshooting issues and addressing challenges in a timely manner to ensure the success of each project - Attend meetings, presentations, installations, and site visits as needed Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years design / project management experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design - Ability to use AutoCAD, 20/20 CAP Worksheet including Visual Impressions 3D rendering as well as Powerpoint, Excel, and Word - Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage, design, and collaborate in a way that puts value on relationships, both internal and external - Ability to ensure high-quality design - Exceptional graphic presentations - Ability to develop and complete projects independently and without continued supervision - Advanced knowledge of furniture, architectural/interior finishes, lighting, color, and materials to carry out design intent - Ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients
